Agenda:

  •  demo of prototype MR recon from Python using CCP-PETMR interface to Gadgetron
  •  discussion of mechanism of the interface and example code
  •  install Virtual Machine (using Virtualbox) with prototype
  •  mini-git tutorial
  •  extending functionality by interfacing to other Gadgets

Remote attendance via WebEx will be available.

The software meeting will concentrate on MR and the Gadgetron component of the software. We will discuss ways forward, a prototype implementation and try to get some hands-on experience on what is possible. The meeting is intended to be useful for a fairly small core-group of MR people but is open to everyone.
